We are pleased to announce that Iwata Shokai Co., Ltd. received "Kurumin Certification" in May 2023 as a company that supports child-rearing, and has been certified again in 2025, following 2023.

This certification is a system under which the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare certifies employers who have implemented action plans formulated in accordance with the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children and who have met all of the certification criteria set forth.

We will continue to support activities to help employees balance work and child rearing, and to create a comfortable work environment so that each and every employee can maximize his or her individual abilities.
