Notice of Stock Acquisition
Iwata Shokai Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Iwata Shokai") has acquired all shares of Tosuq Corporation (Head office: 2-10 Kanda-Shimachi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Shunichi Tanaka; hereinafter referred to as "Tosuq").
Since its establishment, Tosucco has been developing its business as an expert in water treatment equipment and components for soft water, pure water, filtration, and other water treatment processes. We are convinced that a great synergy effect will be generated by complementing Tosk's expertise in the water treatment field with our expertise in the field of advanced materials. Through this business alliance, both companies will broaden the range of products they handle both domestically and internationally to expand their fields of application and further develop their businesses to provide higher quality services to their customers.
