Founded in Nagoya as Iwata Yashichi Shoten.
1947
Reorganized and renamed "Iwata Shokai Co. (Capital: 3 million yen)
1947
Head office is established in Tokyo, with Nagoya as a branch office.
1951
Osaka branch established.
1953
Fertilizer and feed sales divisions are spun off to form Iwata Sangyo Co.
1965
Established "Auto Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.", an organic synthesis and insulating varnish manufacturing company.
1968
Head office moved back to Nagoya, Tokyo became a branch, and Hamamatsu Sales Office was established.
1971
Auto Transport Warehouse Co.
1973
Fukuoka Sales Office established. Since then, sales offices have been opened in 15 locations throughout Japan.
