(hereinafter referred to as "Iwata Shokai") has acquired all shares of CaHC(THAILAND)CO.,LTD. from Kirk Corporation (3-8-5 Marunouchi, Naka-ku, Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, President: Ryuji Mizuno).

The company has been contributing to manufacturing and research and quality inspection in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and other fields in Thailand since 2016 by providing reagents, industrial chemicals, and laboratory equipment.

IWATA & COMPANY (THAILAND) LTD, our local subsidiary in Thailand, will provide even stronger support to our customers by combining the specialized trading company and service functions that both companies have developed in the chemical and pharmaceutical fields.
