We acquired the "Kurumin Mark" as a company that supports child-raising.

We are pleased to announce that Iwata Shokai Co., Ltd. received "2023 Kurumin Certification" in May 2023 as a childcare support company.
This certification is a system under which employers who have implemented action plans formulated in accordance with the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children and who meet all certification criteria will receive certification from the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare.
We will continue to support activities to help employees balance work and child rearing, and to create a comfortable work environment so that each and every employee can maximize his or her individual abilities.
